Harrison Hays Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Initatives

Harrison joined SCRG in March 2024 as Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Initiatives. Harrison is responsible for driving new customer engagements and growing SCRG’s suite of Supply Chain service offerings. With over 15 years of experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing strategy, Harrison has partnered with manufacturers and OEM’s of varying size, complexity, and global footprint. Harrison is responsible for developing and deploying SCRG’s go-to-market strategy and developing new solutions for our customer’s constantly evolving Supply Chain and Manufacturing challenges.

Harrison joins SCRG from Plexus, where he held a Senior Director role managing a global team of business development and technical leaders. Harrison maintained a sales funnel of over $1B helping to reduce friction in the sales process, optimize workflows, coach go-to-market teams, and close accretive business. Prior to Plexus, Harrison was in a business development role at Flex, securing new business wins in the Industrial, Consumer, and Lifestyle industries. Establishing himself as a credible industry resource and complex solution builder, Harrison landed and launched programs in warehouse automation, EV charging infrastructure, robotics, smart kiosks, connected home devices, and fitness equipment.

Harrison holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Miami University of Ohio’s Richard T. Farmer School of Business. When Harrison isn’t collaborating with partners and customers around the world, he enjoys a variety of fitness pursuits and walking in Chicago’s beautiful Lincoln Park with his family.
