As the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Randstad, Joanna led strategic marketing efforts that advanced the global business from the second largest to the world’s largest talent services provider. Her contributions to market share growth resulted in Randstad being recognized as one of the world’s fastest growing commercial services brands.

Joanna has also served as a marketing and product leader with Merrill Lynch and Invesco, where she played a key role in several significant financial services industry milestones and was recognized for her achievements in digital strategy and innovation.

Joanna is a cum laude graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with BA degrees in psychology and radio, television, motion pictures. Joanna resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and two children.
