Our is currently seeking an Estimator to join the team at our India.
In this position, you will work with a sales team alongside our chief estimator to provide cost planning & estimating services to support our projects. The open position will serve as support for our business plan with a primary focus on our key market segments: residential, commercial and multi-unit dwellings.
The ideal candidate will have building materials estimating experience and the desire to grow and advance into a leadership role within the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Taking count of the doors on the project, selecting best source for doors needed from available suppliers, self-performance pricing, scheduling, bid solicitation, subcontractor scope coordination and final bid assembly.
- Scanning available projects through Construct Connect and our industry connections.
- Coordinate efforts with purchasing, commercial sales manager and branch manager.
- Provide cost expertise to our clients and sales team members to assist in making decisions.
What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years of Estimating experience, industry experience equivalent is considered
- Technical degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of construction processes/industry/delivery methods
- Your ability to learn new software is essential to this position
Abilities:
- Possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities.
- Honest, reliable, dependable and display good character.
- Physical requirements: standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting to 50lbs., seeing and reading.
Working hour : 20 hr./Week first going up to 40 hr./Week
Working Time : Normal India Time.
Working mode : Remote
