Job Responsibilities
· Engage with Mechanical TPM to ensure production process is highly manufacturable with good reparability
· Responsible for FATP assembly readiness and execution
· Assembly Process development
· Machine parameter investigation (such as CCD automation, glue dispensing, force of the machine, cycle time etc.)
· SOP document optimization
· Assembly DOE execution
· Work with CM on assembly SOP, fixtures, cycle time/UPH, and line balance
· Assembly fixture vendor management
· Assembly fixture readiness and design change implementation
· Assembly fixture bring-up and qualification
· Device disassembly fixture and process study
· Drive process and mechanically related issues to resolution
· Onsite xVT and ramp builds support
Skills/Required Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related FATP fields
· Experience in consumer electronics
· Able to communication effectively with cross functional stakeholders in English
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in working on mobile phone projects
· Excellent communication skills
· Direct project experience in automation assembly machines with vision system, glue dispenser, or production automation development
· Excellent presentation and documentation skills
