Key Responsibilities

Subject owner to enhance employee communication experience. Responsible for employee communication channel maintenance and managing all event operation/documentation, and support regulation and local policy analysis. This position primarily handles events of general complexity. Ensures employee engagement communication have a seamless turnover from event execution focus to event plan focus to improve efficiency.

Basic requirement:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English/Chinese, good capability on document reading and writing
  • Bachelor degree candidate
  • Fast learner/outstanding communication skills/customer obsessed/self-motivated

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong delivery record and proven event planning experience
  • UX design qualification
  • Major in English/Psychology/Hotel Management/Business Administration with 1 year experience in the event management or related professional area
  • 3-year experience of employee relationship in International Enterprises
  • Candidate with finance background and data driven capacity is preferred
