Responsibilities:
1. HW performance validation/characterization support and execution
2. Support vendor communication and ensure requirements to vendor are
met.
3. Support builds in region for new hardware bring-up and debug
4. Communicate and present project status to cross-functional teams
5. Perform failure analysis on electrical, mechanical, and optical issues.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Master’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant major with 5+ years of working experience in display/touch industry
2. Enthusiastic about learning and developing new technologies
3. Hands on experience of display bring up/validation/debugging
4. Understanding of sub structure of display panel driving from input to
output
5. Hands-on experience of electrical measurement
6. Familiarity with MIPI, SPI, and I2C interfaces
7. Understanding of PCB/FPC schematics and layout design
8. Strong electrical engineering fundamentals in EE analog/digital circuits
Preferred Requirements:
1. Ability to perform failure analysis using scientific method and
experimental process
2. Experience of design and validation for touch driver/controller IC
3. Experienced FPGA/MCU platform setup and programing
4. Understanding of the system to drive display devices
5. Experienced in driving complicated cross-functional projects
6. Experience in firmware development (knowledge of I2C, SPI, and other
protocols) in data acquisition & measurement system is preferred.
